Viviana Montoya graduated from the University of New Mexico’s Honors Bachelor Program in 2014 and immediately launched her career in the mortgage industry. That same year, she became a first-time homebuyer—an experience that sparked her passion for helping others navigate the home financing process. With over a decade of experience, she has since mastered the mortgage journey and expanded her expertise into real estate investment and creative lending strategies.
